What Bluesky link format works?
Paste a post URL: bsky.app/profile/handle/post/ID from Share → Copy link. Profile URLs (bsky.app/profile/handle with no /post/) aren't supported — open the post and copy that link.
How do I copy a Bluesky link on mobile or web?

Can I download an entire Bluesky thread?
Yes — open the Bluesky Thread tool on this page. When you paste the link of a post in a thread, it automatically collects media across the author's self-reply chain (up to 25 posts) so you can save each file. Standalone post links save attachments from that single post.
Do I need a Bluesky login to download?
No account on SMDownloader — but the post must be public. If you must sign in to view it in a browser, or the account blocks you, our servers cannot fetch the media either.
Text-only Bluesky posts?
No file is returned. This bsky downloader only works when the post has video, images, or a GIF attached — quotes and replies without media will fail like they would in preview.
Why won't my Bluesky URL download?
Common causes: text-only posts, private or blocked accounts, deleted posts, or an incomplete URL. Confirm the post opens in an incognito window, paste the full Share → Copy link URL, then retry once.
